CHANGES/ALTERATIONS TO ORDERS, ONCE PLACED:

This is a one-person shop -- almost everything is made-to-order, and I do everything entirely on my own. So, please carefully review your order before placing. I am not always able to enact changes once the order is placed, and it requires time and effort to make changes to existing orders. If I can, I will.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Mr. Hex does not issue refunds. Mr. Hex cannot accept or process exchanges, especially during these times of COVID-19.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped to the address given, unless other instructions are provided. No returns, replacements, or refunds (see refund/exchange policy) on any order for items lost in the mail or sent to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to Mr. Hex by the shipping carrier, I will make every reasonable effort to contact the buyer. Overages (if any) are always happily refunded.

SKIN SENSITIVITIES/ALLERGIC REACTIONS/ADVERSE REACTIONS:

Please select your scents/items carefully before placing your order. Samples are readily available via Ajevie. This is a great way to test scents/bases out, should skin sensitivities/allergies be a concern. Since there are innumerable factors that contribute to skin sensitivities/allergies/reactions, NO refunds or exchanges will be issued (see refund/exchange policy). Please be sure to 'patch test' new scents prior to regular/sustained use. By purchasing, you agree that Mr. Hex shall not be held liable for any skin sensitivities, allergic reaction, or adverse reaction that may occur. User assumes responsibility for any/all reactions to product, adverse or otherwise.
